Because our products are custom-made upon order through our fulfillment partner, all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Accidental orders

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Lost Packages
